I offer a therapeutic environment that acknowledges and supports your unique neurodiversity. Our sessions are centered around practical strategies that aim to bolster communication, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. With a foundation built on both personal insight and professional expertise, we develop a personalized therapeutic plan. This plan integrates a trauma-informed approach, combining elements of analysis, family systems theory, Adlerian principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My goal is to provide you with actionable guidance from the outset.

I am committed to accommodating your needs and preferences, offering the flexibility to meet in-person in Plymouth, MN, or through virtual video sessions—or even a blend of both, depending on what works best for you.

Therapy Approach & Methodology

The frequency of therapy sessions depends on individual needs and treatment plans. We usually schedule the intake appointment to start. During the intake, we will schedule 2 additional appointments and then evaluate frequency. Some clients may continue to attend weekly sessions, while others may move to bi-weekly or monthly appointments.
